Who we are

Information you send us through the quote form

When you submit the Request a Quote form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter:

• your name, and your company name if you provide it;
• your email address, and your phone number if you provide it;
• the service you are interested in and the property city or postal code;
• any optional details you add, such as property size, one-time or recurring, and preferred timing; and
• your description of the work.

We use this information only to understand your enquiry and respond to it — by email or phone — and, if you go ahead, to plan and carry out the work you request. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes. The form contains no pre-ticked marketing consent.

How your form submission is delivered

Form submissions are sent to us as an email using a third-party email delivery service (Resend). The content of your enquiry passes through that service in order to reach our inbox. We keep enquiries in our email for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and to keep a record of any work that follows.

To help block automated spam, the form includes a hidden field that people do not see and a simple timing check. These do not collect any additional information about you.

Information collected automatically

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

If we add analytics or other tools in future, this page will be updated to describe them before they are switched on.

Links to other websites

The site includes links to third-party websites, such as Google Maps for directions. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices

You do not have to use the online form — you can contact us by phone or email instead. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we no longer need it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

We may update this page if the way the website works changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
